The "Syndicat d'Entraide Chretienne (SEC)" is a non-profit non-denominational association. Created in 1986 and registered under No. 92 /1930, it obtained the legal personality by Presidential Order No. 91 /316, from 09 December 1991 and published in the official newspaper No. 24 of 15 December 2009.

Vision
SEC is the leader of the middle class. The class between the haves and the have-nots.
It encourages the development of the informal sector, the production of goods and services. He is particularly interested in the social life of basic communities.
